Privacyverklaring
In de Privacyverklaring, Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG), informeert Voor Elkaar Amersfoort u over de wijze waarop zij voldoet aan de Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG).
Vanaf 25 mei 2018 is de AVG van toepassing voor alle organisaties die gegevens van personen (persoonsgegevens) in een bestand bewaren. Deze organisaties moeten zich aan de regels in deze nieuwe verordening houden. Dat geldt zowel voor het bewaren in digitale bestanden als in mappen op een plank. Ook deze laatste moeten veilig worden opgeborgen zonder dat vreemden daar bij kunnen.
Voor Elkaar Amersfoort wil voldoen aan de verordening en heeft haar wijze van gegevensverwerking en -vastlegging t.a.v. hulpvragers en vrijwilligers getoetst en waar nodig bijgesteld. Hiervoor is het stappenplan gebruikt van de NOV (Vereniging Nederlandse Organisaties Vrijwilligerswerk).
